Scala has officially opened its latest showroom in Central London, expanding its presence in the UK and the wider European market. Located just minutes from Angel underground station, the spacious 142m² showroom was unveiled at the beginning of July, showcasing an element of Scala’s European growth strategy.
The new facility is designed to foster innovation and collaboration, offering hands-on demonstrations of Scala’s latest technologies and solutions. Visitors can experience pioneering digital menu boards, interactive “Lift and Learn” displays, personalised shopping experiences with gondola and end cap integrations, and the engaging Pick and Play solution powered by QR codes and large-format displays. The showroom also features Sentient Signage, which uses customer movements and gestures to trigger dynamic content, demonstrating the future of personalised customer interactions.
In the coming weeks, analytic sensor technology from Scala’s sister company, Walkbase, and the highly anticipated Scala Quintet hospitality solution will be available for demonstration. This new London hub is the first of several planned experience centres across Europe.
Harry Horn, Scala’s General Manager EMEA, highlighted the importance of the showroom: “This is a dedicated space where we can share our latest solutions and collaborate with our partners as we work together to create top customer service experiences. We hope that the hands-on interaction offered by the showroom will inspire clients and partners to consider how technology can be used creatively, efficiently and effectively across a variety of sectors to better serve customers and grow revenues.”
With nearly 40 years of expertise and a network spanning 100+ countries, Scala’s digital engagement solutions are bound to leave London visitors inspired.
