Sinch is now a Marketplace Partner in SpaceXSI Partner Network

Sinch AB has announced that it has been named a Marketplace Partner in the SpaceX Super Intelligence (SpaceXSI) Partner Network, bringing trusted voice, verification, messaging and email infrastructure directly into enterprise applications built in Grok Build (formerly Cursor).

SpaceXSI is pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve, with ambitions spanning frontier AI, intelligent agents and agentic software development. As developers build increasingly sophisticated applications using Grok Build, they expect the services and infrastructure they rely on to be integrated directly into their workflows.

Through the SpaceXSI Partner Network, developers can build applications that enable AI agents to handle financial services enquiries or coordinate patient appointments in healthcare. The integration helps ensure whatever developers build can reach customers with the reliability, scale and compliance safeguards that enterprises demand.

Petter Bengtsson, SVP, AI Ecosystem & Partnerships at Sinch explains:

“Grok Build is massively expanding what developers can develop and Sinch makes sure what they build can reach customers in production. Through the SpaceXSI Partner Network, Sinch is closing the gap between working code and production-ready customer communications. Developers build with AI and connect with customers on infrastructure designed for reliability, scale and complex compliance requirements.”

Bringing communications capabilities directly into AI-powered development workflows helps developers build and test them as part of the application development process, rather than integrating them later. The integration runs on Sinch’s infrastructure, and what developers build can scale from first user to millions without re-architecting.

The Sinch plugin, available now through the Cursor Marketplace, bundles the Sinch Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and 15 Skills into a single installation, giving developers and AI coding agents access to current Sinch API knowledge and tools for building communications experiences. Developers can use the plugin to accelerate common tasks, from integrating messaging and verification workflows to testing communications functionality, without manually searching documentation or building integrations from scratch.

Editor comments:

There are some considerations before using the plugin. If an AI agent can call live messaging, or verification services can send real messages, and incur real charges, developers need to check permissions, use test credentials and review what the agent does.

For developers, installing any third-party plugin usually means trusting it with access to your code environment and credentials, so it is worth checking what is within reach. Consider trialling a test project with sandbox credentials in the first instance.
