Midwich’s Tech Xpo 2026 Achieves Record Attendance

Midwich UK&I’s Tech Xpo welcomed record-breaking attendance to Ascot Racecourse on 21–22 October, with visitor numbers increasing by 43% since 2022 as the event celebrated its 15th year.

Bringing together customers, manufacturer partners and specialist teams from across Midwich UK&I, the two-day event featured more than 70 exhibitors showcasing the latest technologies across professional displays, collaboration, digital signage and security.

The event focused on solutions designed to address today’s customer challenges, from improving collaboration and creating engaging visual experiences to simplifying AV management and strengthening security. Visitors could explore the latest innovations, see solutions in action and speak directly with manufacturers about their potential applications in real-world projects.

Rachel Curson, experience and events manager at Midwich UK&I, said:

“Seeing attendance grow by 43% since 2022, reaching a record level in our 15th year, is a fantastic milestone. It reflects the strength of our manufacturer partnerships, and the value customers place on having the technology and expertise in one place. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year’s Tech Xpo such a success.”

For visitors, Tech Xpo provided an opportunity to develop technical knowledge, strengthen industry relationships and explore new commercial opportunities.

Ian Gauld, managing director at Streamtec Ltd, said:

“The quality of the exhibitors, technical expertise available and opportunities to strengthen relationships made it a particularly beneficial visit.”

Gauld highlighted how the knowledge and connections gained at Tech Xpo have helped Streamtec identify opportunities, strengthen technical proposals and secure substantial corporate AV projects.

Steve Nisbet, national B2B manager at Currys Business, added:

“Tech Xpo was a fantastic opportunity to see the latest tech in action and explore how it could support businesses across different sectors. It gave us some great ideas for how we can help customers make the most of new technology. Events like this are really valuable for Currys Business, giving our teams the opportunity to build their product knowledge, connect with industry experts and bring fresh ideas back to the businesses they support.”

Graeme McGuire, managing director at AV One Solutions Ltd, said, “Midwich Tech Xpo once again proved why it’s one of the standout events in the AV calendar. It’s a great opportunity to get hands-on with the latest technologies, catch up with manufacturers and partners and hear directly from the people driving innovation across our industry.” He added:

“Beyond the technology itself, one of the biggest benefits of attending Tech Xpo is the chance to strengthen relationships, discuss upcoming projects and gain valuable insight into product roadmaps that help shape our future recommendations to clients.”

Midwich UK&I thanks all visitors, exhibitors, manufacturer partners and colleagues who contributed to this year’s record-breaking event.

See you again at Tech Xpo 2027 for even more innovation, and visitors!
