Leading IP telephony brand Snom Technology has announced the appointment of Edward Franklin as Channel Manager for the UK and Ireland. In his role, Edward will be responsible for developing new opportunities, managing existing reseller relationships and supporting partners in delivering sustained value to customers.
With more than a decade of experience in B2B telecommunications sales, Edward brings a strong track record of cultivating long-term partnerships and driving growth through collaborative engagement. His appointment underscores Snom’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its presence in key European markets and ensuring that partners across the UK and Ireland receive dedicated, strategic support.
He will work in close partnership with Steven Try, who continues to focus on supporting Snom’s distributor and platform partners.

In the last year, the company has launched several products including two new IP end devices as part of its expanded D8xx series, and the HD331 phone which has been created specifically for the hospitality market, reflecting Snom’s focus on local market responsiveness and its commitment to providing flexible, high-quality communication solutions.
