AMETEK SurgeX has launched DisplayPak+, its latest compact smart PDU. DisplayPak+ addresses the growing requirement of today’s installations to meet sustainability targets and power budget goals.

SurgeX’s latest user interface delivers instant access to each connected device for managing power, troubleshooting, automating power cycles, and performing remote reboots. Automated self-healing programmable triggers ensure installations remain online, drastically reducing downtime and minimising costly engineer visits. The unit supports both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, making installation easy even in tough-to-reach locations. SurgeX’s open API allows specialists to customise via programming and integration so that third party solutions can be integrated.
DisplayPak+ is compatible with major control systems including AMX, CONTROL4, Crestron, ELAN, Extron, RTI, and Kramer. It supports remote access via web browser or VPN.
