Patchworks Expands Presence in US with Jonathan Rodgers

Patchworks have appointed Jonathan Rodgers (ex-BigCommerce) as VP of Partnerships for North America. He has been hired to lead an expansion in the United States, where Patchworks is already working with big-name brands like SoulCycle, Goodyear Belts and ISG, and partnering with NetSuite, Shopify, Loop and AWS.

Patchworks is an integration platform powering composable commerce for fast-growing brands. It connects ecommerce platforms, ERPs, WMS, CRMs and more through one low-code system – helping retailers untangle the “tech spaghetti” and scale without chaos.

Recently, Patchworks posted a 36% year-on-year recurring revenue growth result, delivered 99.99% uptime, and is seeing growing demand from fashion, lifestyle and consumer goods brands who need more flexibility and speed across their tech stack.

“We’re not just entering North America – we’re already here,” said Dave Wileman, Chief Revenue Officer at Patchworks. “We’ve built a strong foundation with some incredible partners and customers, and Jonathan’s appointment gives us the on-the-ground leadership to scale even further. Our growth this year reflects the demand for modern, flexible integration tools and we’re just getting started.”

Jonathan’s remit includes building and strengthening relationships with agencies, tech partners, and platforms to drive revenue and deliver value to merchants.

“I’ve always been fascinated by how tech changes the way people buy and sell. Once I got into the eCommerce world, I was hooked on how quickly innovation can impact growth. And Patchworks is solving a real and growing problem in retail and ecommerce…integration complexity,” said Jon. “The platform is powerful, proven and built for modern retail.”

Patchworks helps retailers and DTC brands unify their commerce infrastructure, connecting ecommerce platforms, ERPs, OMS, WMS, CRMs, marketing tools and more through one low-code, scalable integration platform. The company now serves clients in more than a dozen countries.

In FY25, Patchworks increased their customers by 70%, and the company continues to support standout brands including Gymshark, Castore, Belstaff, Mint Velvet, Master of Malt, Triumph Motorcycles Clothing, Pentland Group, PetLab Co, London Lash, Blinds4You, Holland Cooper, Arne Clo and BareMinerals.
