Peerless-AV® has introduced its innovative, next-level evolved SEAMLESS Connect Universal range. At its heart is the SEAMLESS Connect Universal dvLED Mounting System, engineered with an entirely new specification to address evolving customer parameters and further extend dvLED integration boundaries. With its enhanced technical functionality and flexibility, the system enables a faster and streamlined installation of flat-to-wall and corner dvLED video walls. Furthermore, the range also includes an adaptable lineup of substructures designed for scenarios where direct wall-mounting is not feasible.
The SEAMLESS Connect Universal will be displayed with hands-on demonstrations at InfoComm in Orlando, 11 to 13 June 2025.
Different Design Process to Previous Models
The SEAMLESS Connect Universal dvLED Mounting System is a fundamentally different design process from previous models. The system is compatible with most latching dvLED cabinets and can scale to any size or configuration, including large-scale and inside/outside corner-wrapping displays, without any size limitation. With a minimal 40mm depth, this mount is currently the slimmest on the market, delivering the most discreet wall profile available, making it ideal for deployments that require ADA compliance.
Now, with 1.6” (40mm) of Z-Axis (depth) adjustment, integrators can overcome wall irregularities for a precise fit over a bigger surface area with a handy new gear mechanism that offers greater control of in/out adjustments. The wall plate also includes a 13mm height adjustment to enable quick spacing corrections.
The overall strength of the universal mount structure and its total load capacity have dramatically increased. Furthermore, the unique quick-connect clamp is now made of cast aluminium to bolster the clamping force and increase the clamp’s load capacity. This reinforcement means installers can ‘skip’ rows of extrusion, which ultimately minimizes the amount of hardware and reduces installation time by up to 50%. Installations are further simplified with the clamp’s new built-in, lock/unlock lever for intuitive, secure latching, and an extended tab on the clamp provides a self-locating aspect that gives the installer increased confidence when hanging the display. A jacking screw allows fine micro-adjustment of up to 6mm for cabinet-to-cabinet alignment.
The patent-pending universal spacer (sold separately) provides horizontal extrusion spacing based on preconfigured display size options. The spacer’s weight has been reduced by 40% and a built-in level assures that the spacer is held straight and that the spacing is precise. In addition, the spacer can be used as a caliper for non-standard display sizes.

Additional enhancements to the SEAMLESS Connect Universal Mounting System include an integrated expandable joiner, enabling installers to adjust the extrusion to the required width, offering increased flexibility and speed of installation, and eliminating on-site cutting for most installations. Further joiners come pre-fixed to the extrusion to offer a tighter grip from the front for an even quicker, simplified installation. A handy new Z-axis/depth adjustment target tool, which comes paired with the spacer, supports the installer further by enabling a more hands-free experience. The tool hangs on the extrusion and is moved to target the laser level line to the right depth.
To maintain accessibility and ease of use for all, the SEAMLESS Connect Universal dvLED Mounting System is ADA-compliant. Complete with engraved end caps on the extrusion for a polished look, integrators can improve visual aesthetics in every installation. An optional trim kit accessory enhances this further by smoothing sides and edges.
Finally, for application scenarios where mounting directly to a wall is not an option, the SEAMLESS Connect Universal range now includes a line of substructure categories – floor-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling, bolt down, mobile cart and freestanding – to safely support the total load of a dvLED video wall or all-in-one display. The substructures offer a slim, space-saving design and facilitate a quick and easy installation for any corporate reception, retail display, hospitality venue, showroom, event or entertainment setting.
