Evolve IP Blasts Off: Partner Day Soars to New Heights

Evolve IP has set its sights on new horisons after an ‘Out-of-This-World’ Partner Day, held at the National Space Centre in Leicester, aiming to ‘break new frontiers’ after outlining its vision for the future.

The cloud collaboration platform specialist announced a series of new technology partnerships, a £600,000 network infrastructure investment and various enablement and service innovations, such as Support-as-a-Service and Migration-as-a-Service, along with Bring Your Own Carrier and international regulatory compliance expansion.

In addition, Evolve IP unveiled enhanced solution sales and marketing support, plus bi-annual AI workshops to help resellers capitalise on a new era of opportunities. Exclusive incentives and market insights were showcased too, to drive adoption, growth and innovation.

Evangelists across 57 Countries

Paul Harrison, Managing Director EMEA, described Evolve IP as ‘evangelists across 57 countries,’ powered by a best-of-breed ecosystem, stating: “AI was one of the biggest takeaways from the day. We’re a cloud-first company but like the space race, we’re not stopping there. We’re helping our partners go further, reach higher, and succeed faster.”

UK Sales Director, Jamie Hughes, added, “Evolve IP is poised for lift-off, which made the National Space Centre the ideal venue to celebrate together and showcase how we continue to break new frontiers.

“Our Partner Day wasn’t just an event, it’s a celebration of collaboration, innovation, and the future of cloud technology. I truly believe, we continue to set the benchmark on what we offer the channel, providing a clear differentiation on solutions, support and value, with lots more to come.”

Bringing more to the Market

He added: “It’s about reinventing ourselves year-on-year and bringing more to market than ever before. This enables our partners to take advantage of more services to differentiate themselves and become more profitable.

“Our £600,000 network infrastructure investment for example, elevates us to tier 4 status and provides a further competitive advantage to our customers. We also discussed the power of Evolve IP EMEA’s open API, building a fully automated e-commerce platform from purchasing, provisioning to support. Furthermore, we’re also adding more countries to our international regulatory compliance landscape.”

The day-long event was sponsored by new partners aiphoria, grenke, MIT Dynamic and talkdesk – plus akixi, Yealink, PRD Intelligent Billing, Snom, dubber, Enghouse Interactive, Tango Networks, iTel and mondaGo.

Evolve IP’s Head of Marketing & Communications (EMEA), Jennifer Howden‑Woodward, revealed a series of additional support and resource services with account-based, one-to-one and dedicated sales enablement opportunities.

She was followed by Solutions Director Scott Rixon and Craig Newell, Senior Solutions Consultant, who outlined 2024 achievements, next steps the company is making such as Anywhere Portal, training hub improvements, and AI-driven product enhancements, including a live AI call experience.
