TD SYNNEX UK invests in Microsoft Alliance Growth team

Move builds on TD SYNNEX’s existing Microsoft CSP programme

TD SYNNEX UK has invested in a dedicated UK team to support Microsoft partners in accelerating their CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) practices.

The Microsoft Alliance Growth team will focus on mid-market and SMB partners that have been identified as having high growth ambition and potential. It will provide these partners with higher levels of business development, training, and technical assistance to support their growth ambitions with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security solutions.

Darren Dixon, business unit director – business applications, Advanced Solutions, UK and Ireland, TD SYNNEX, said:

“As small and medium-sized businesses continue their transformation and migrate more of their workloads to the cloud, there is a huge opportunity for UK partners to grow their Microsoft CSP business. Our investment in the Alliance Growth team will help partners that have a genuine desire to accelerate their plans and support them in taking their business to the next level by providing tailored sales and technical support in their chosen area of focus.”

Partners will have access to a dedicated team comprising, but not limited to, a business development manager, customer success manager, and technical pre-sales consultant. The team will work with partners to understand their business goals and capabilities and develop a bespoke development plan with clear milestones and measurement criteria.

Partners will be given access to specific training, support resources, and tools, including the recently announced Channel Insights, which helps Microsoft CSP partners turn detailed data on customer licences and usage into strategic conversations and unlock greater value with additional services and solutions.

Dixon pointed out that the formation of the Alliance Growth team is part of an incremental series of planned investments that TD SYNNEX UK is making in its Microsoft CSP practice, in line with Microsoft’s evolving strategy and programmes.

“This is a targeted, on top investment into our Microsoft CSP practice designed to accelerate growth and profitability. It aligns directly with Microsoft’s own goals and objectives for cloud solutions and will enable us to scale-up our support for CSP partners in driving increased customer satisfaction and retention.”
