HD340: the compact Hotel and Guest Room phone
The HD340 is aimed at hotels that value a user-friendly interface and a stylish design without compromising on functionality. With two rows of keys, five customisable speed-dial buttons and features such as hands-free calling, volume control and mute, it covers all essential requirements. Thanks to the interchangeable design panel on the handset and customisable inserts, the HD340 blends seamlessly into any environment and offers extensive branding options. The antibacterial housing provides effective protection against germs while the device complies with strict GDPR guidelines. No personal data such as dialled numbers are stored, making this device particularly attractive for modern hotels.
HD341: Slim Solution with DECT mobility
Building on the strength of the HD340, the HD341 has the added flexibility of a cordless DECT handset. Guests benefit from maximum freedom of movement in the room without sacrificing user-friendliness. In addition to the five speed-dial buttons, hands-free function and volume control, the HD341 offers extra advantages through DECT technology, such as easy registration of up to four additional Snom HD3 handsets, up to 7 hours of talk time and an impressive standby time of up to 168 hours. The interchangeable handset panel also allows for flexible design options and easy integration with the hotel’s interior.
Smart technology for everyday hotel use
Both models are also available in an analogue version: HD340A and HD341A. They offer hotels the same benefits in terms of design and user-friendliness. Speed dial, hands-free calling, volume control and mute, as well as interchangeable panels and flexible mounting options, ensure perfect integration into any environment with analogue telephone wiring.
Whether digital or analogue – both models feature an elegant, antibacterial housing and can be used flexibly as a desk or wall phone. Setup is particularly easy thanks to Power over Ethernet (PoE) or power adapter, while HD audio ensures clear voice quality in every situation. In addition, the IP models are compatible with all common telephony platforms, enabling smooth integration into existing hotel IT systems.
