Snom Technology has launched two new headsets designed for use in the office and when working from home, with the A350M and A170C combining cutting-edge technology, comfort and durability.
Bluetooth integration and 30m wireless range: Snom A350M
The Snom A350M is the company’s first Bluetooth headset and is designed for modern work environments where flexibility, comfort and excellent voice quality are essential.
This monaural Bluetooth headset combines advanced technology with high-quality craftsmanship and a functional yet elegant design. Using Bluetooth 4.0 technology, the A350M offers a wireless range of up to 30 meters and a talk time of up to 32 hours, ideal for use in open-plan offices or home offices.
The A350M can connect up to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, such as a Snom phone and a smartphone. Equipped with Snom’s renowned HD audio, the headset delivers crystal-clear voice quality, which can be adjusted to personal hearing preferences via the free Snom Connect app.
An integrated busy light signals availability and helps reduce interruptions. The modern USB-C port also allows for quick and easy charging, ensuring optimum readiness for everyday work.

With the Snom A170C, Snom presents the next generation of its popular DECT headset A170, revised and optimised. The A170C boasts improved battery life, enabling longer talk times, as well as a USB-C port for faster and more convenient charging.
Snom 4K quality V420 video conferencing camera
Snom Technology has launched the V420 video conferencing camera, expanding its portfolio beyond the traditional IP telephony segment and bringing decades of expertise in combining high-quality audio with user-friendly technology.
The V420 offers companies a comprehensive toolset for hybrid communication, from IP phones at the desk to professional video presence in virtual meetings.
In combination with the Snom C300 speakerphone, the V420 becomes a powerful and complete video conferencing solution for small meeting rooms, delivering both outstanding audio and visual performance in a compact, easy-to-deploy setup.
Whether the users are in a home office, conference room, or during livestreams, the Snom V420 camera delivers razor-sharp 4K images and crystal-clear sound.
Equipped with a high-resolution CMOS sensor, the V420 captures brilliant 4K footage with vibrant colours and impressive detail. Even in challenging lighting conditions, the automatic exposure adjustment precisely adapts, increasing brightness by up to 50%, reducing distracting shadows, and ensuring speakers and teams are well lit. The adjustable field of view spans up to 120°, with three preset levels or manual control, makes the camera versatile – from one-on-one conversations to group meetings.
It comes with three integrated microphones (two omnidirectional, one unidirectional) with a frequency range of 20 Hz to 10.0 kHz and a sensitivity of -38 dB, enabling focused and clear voice capture through precise beamforming, with a range of up to 5 meters. This ensures voices are captured distinctly while minimising background noise, ideal for meetings in small to medium-sized conference rooms.
