Gamma Communications plc and CRM integration provider Red Cactus have announced a strategic alliance to deliver real-time CRM and UC integration to thousands of businesses, especially telecom providers, across Europe.
Through this alliance, Red Cactus’s GDPR-compliant Bubble software will be made available across Gamma’s partner network, giving partners access to more than 200 CRM and ERP platforms, fully integrated with Gamma’s UCaaS portfolio.

Benefits for Partners and Customers
Under the agreement, Red Cactus integrations for Gamma’s UCaaS platform will be available exclusively through Gamma in all countries where Gamma operates, beginning with availability in the UK and the Netherlands.
Further markets, including Germany and Spain, will be added in a phased approach, aligned to market readiness and partner demand. This enables Gamma partners to offer an expanded, market-leading integration portfolio, giving them a clear competitive advantage in their local markets.
Partners can roll out integrations independently
The solution enables fast and easy deployment, allowing partners to roll out integrations independently, without complex on-site installations or additional vendor involvement. The integrations will become available to Gamma partners in phases through GammaPlus, which is a unified digital storefront that lets partners discover, sell, and manage a range of services through one automated platform, starting in early 2026.
