Gamma Communications plc (LON:GAMA) today celebrates its move from AIM to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.

Gamma Communications is a leading provider of technology-based communication solutions across Europe. Gamma helps organisations connect and collaborate through solutions including Unified Communications, voice enablement, connectivity, mobile and security.

The company was first admitted to AIM in October 2014, generating revenues of £173 million (2014) from a UK customer base and with c.500 employees. Over the past 10 years, Gamma has grown into a business with nearly £580 million (2024) of revenue and c.2,200 employees, with key operations in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.

As Gamma continues to grow across Europe, the Board believes that a move to the Main Market will serve to further enhance the company’s corporate profile and reputation. A move is also expected to extend the opportunity to own the company’s ordinary shares to a broader group of UK and global institutional shareholders.

Andrew Belshaw, Chief Executive Officer of Gamma commented:

“AIM has served us well since admission in 2014 and we have seen over a decade of consistent financial and operational performance. We extend our thanks to our engaged investor base who have supported the company’s growth to where it is today.

“As an established business with a strong track record for high recurring revenue, strong margins and high cash generation, we believe the move to the Main Market will best support the delivery of our long-term strategy and offers the appropriate listing for a company of our scale and ambition.

“I would like to thank our employees, customers, channel partners and advisers and all who have helped the company to reach this exciting milestone. We look forward to enjoying your continued support as we use our strong market position to help businesses stay connected in an increasingly complex world.”

Gamma Communications plc’s ordinary shares (the “Ordinary Shares”) will be admitted to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Category of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8:00am today and cancelled from trading on AIM.

Gamma is not offering any new Ordinary Shares nor any other securities in connection with Admission. Following admission, the Group’s Ordinary Shares will continue to be registered with their existing ISIN of GB00BQS10J50 and the TDIM will remain GAMA.

The Group’s shareholders should consult their own professional advisers regarding the consequences of Admission.
