Managed Services Provider Krome has reported a full-year turnover of £30.4 million for the financial year ending 31 October, marking a significant rise from £25.4 million in the previous year.
This achievement marks the first time the company has surpassed the £30 million milestone, successfully meeting and exceeding its strategic 2025 target.
Now entering its sixteenth year of trading, Krome continues to build on the consistent year-on-year expansion it has delivered since its inception in 2009, supported by the continued growth of its UK, EU and U.S. operations. The company’s international business has shown considerable momentum this year, with EU operations increasing by 47% and the U.S. seeing a remarkable 1167% uplift, underscoring the growing contribution of its global footprint.
Commenting on the company’s performance, Rupert Mills, CEO, stated:
“Reaching £30 million in revenue was an ambitious milestone for us this year, and I’m incredibly proud that we have achieved it. From day one in 2009, our strategy has focused on sustainable, organic growth built around technical excellence, strong relationships and a commitment to doing things properly. Sixteen years later, this approach continues to deliver results, and this year’s performance reflects the dedication of our team and the trust our clients place in us.”
Growth Factors: Managed Services, Partnerships & Microsoft Business
A significant contributor to Krome’s 2024/2025 growth has been the continued expansion of Krome’s managed and contractual services. The company has seen increasing demand for its Managed Services and Security Operations Centre (SOC) offering, with more clients choosing to adopt long-term service engagements. Backup Services has also been a standout performer, achieving an 81% increase compared to the previous financial year, further strengthening the organisation’s recurring services base and revenue stability.
Krome has also seen a growth in partnership-led revenue. By providing technical expertise to support industry partners that do not possess the same level of internal capability, the company has helped those partners enhance their own service delivery while fuelling Krome’s expansion.
Another major growth area this year has been the organisation’s Microsoft business. As a Microsoft Direct CSP partner, Krome has experienced heightened demand across both licensing and professional services, resulting in a 68% year-on-year increase in its Microsoft-related revenues. This growth reflects the continued investment organisations are making in cloud technologies, modern workplace transformation and security-led digital strategies.
Sam Mager, CCO at Krome insightfully adds:
“Our strategy has been to build a business that scales through trust, technical excellence and service-driven partnerships. By supporting industry partners that rely on our technical expertise, we’ve been able to broaden our reach while helping them grow their own businesses. Our Microsoft practice has also seen exceptional momentum, with increased demand for both licensing and consultancy as organisations continue to modernise and secure their environments. This combination of direct client growth, partner collaboration and service expansion has made 2025 a defining year for Krome.”
Outlook
As the company looks ahead to 2026, Krome remains focused on strengthening its managed services and security capabilities, expanding its Microsoft practice, and building deeper partnerships across the industry.
With sustained international growth and an increasingly mature service portfolio, the organisation is well positioned for continued advancement in the year ahead.
