Giacom has a new collaboration with The Layer, a market-leading CRM platform for the channel. The collaboration has produced an extensive integration connecting Giacom’s Cloud Market Tools, including its award-winning billing software, with The Layer’s data synchronisation, marketing and customer service modules, offering mutual customers significant operational efficiencies and a superior customer experience.
