Gamma Communications (Gamma) have been demonstrating their partner investment by reaching out to partners across the UK in a series of regional forums. Starting in London on 17 March, events have been held in Cardiff, Birmingham, in Manchester (today) and Glasgow (tomorrow, Thursday 26 March). Register here for the Glasgow event.

Partners, MSPs and resellers who were unable to attend are advised to reach out to their respective Gamma Account Managers. The team from Gamma are at hand, and want to ensure all their partners are equipped with the knowledge, training and support for any aspect or product within the Gamma portfolio.

The purpose of the event, amongst networking and deepening relationships, has been to give partners a focused, strategic look at the market forces shaping 2026 and the opportunities ahead.

Gamma is responding to an evolving marketplace through its large portfolio offering, multiple innovations and tooling, new partner portal, and the team want to help partners unlock commercial advantages.

Gamma Innovation

Gamma has used the opportunity to discuss some new and, quite frankly exciting, innovations, such as the International Operator Connect, integrated porting, Gamma Migrate, Webex Customer Assist licensing, Gamma Edge, SafeWeb Pro, AI Concierge and the list goes on.

James Price, Sales Specialist for Connectivity, presented the section on FibreXchange at the London regional forum. For partners, FibreXchange offers a simple and competitive selling solution. With the PSTN switch off fast approaching, partners can now offer an enhanced selection of fibre providers such as BT, PXC, CityFibre, and more are onboarding, ensuring Gamma partners can offer their customers a broader choice and value plan.

FibreXchange provides partners with enhanced control and real-time insights too. With integrated porting, there is only an 8 hour SLA (ethernet) and the installation calendar is up and running providing full visibility for partners. It’s just one of the ways Gamma is delivering on their promise of rapid service deployment. Gamma is offering resellers a demo of the new service providers, or resellers can opt for a general “walk through”, have an overview, or provisional training, the choice is up to the reseller and is based on the skillset of their teams.

The portfolio has been designed and invested in for partners to have a full offering, so do get in touch with your Gamma Account Manager today. They’re reaching out to all partners.
