Evolve IP partners with Vocalised

Evolve IP has a new partnership with Vocalised, a UK-based telecom dedicated to transforming how small businesses, charities and social enterprises communicate.

Founded in 2023, Vocalised is on a mission to redefine telecoms with fast setup, mobile-first technology, whilst offering flexible monthly contracts designed for today’s digital workplace. It aims to make enterprise-grade communication accessible and affordable for modern organisations that have mobile, hybrid teams.

The new collaboration enables Vocalised to deliver Evolve IP’s enterprise-grade voice and collaboration services, including Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams Operator Connect, alongside their own mobile-first products such as Zebra Mobile.

Vocalised customers can now gain access to Evolve IP’s Anywhere Product Suite.

Tim Russell, Founder of Vocalised, commented:

“Partnering with Evolve IP allows us to deliver enterprise-grade collaboration and voice services through a digital-first model that’s simple, flexible, and built for small organisations. Our customers benefit from self-serve tools and scalable packages that give them flexibility without the complexity traditionally associated with telecoms. Our platform automates the full customer journey, from e-commerce and onboarding, to billing and payments, giving us the scalability of a larger provider while keeping the experience personal and efficient for smaller organisations.”

He continued: “By offering Evolve IP’s value-added services through its integrated ecosystem, including call recording, CRM integrations, analytics, devices, and AI-powered call handling, we can deliver enhanced functionality and smarter upsell options through our digital platform. Together, we’re enabling small businesses to access technology once reserved for larger organisations, while keeping setup fast, affordable, and intuitive.”
