ATSG & Evolve IP Announce New Executive Team

ATSG has unveiled its newly appointed executive leadership team. The announcement follows ATSG’s recent merger with Evolve IP, and under the leadership of President & CEO Russell Reeder, the combined venture is accelerating its mission to provide transformative IT services by being the leading MSP platform and empowering their customers with unmatched IT capabilities that address their critical needs for efficiency, security and growth.

Russ Reeder remarked, “By merging the unique strengths of ATSG and Evolve IP management team, we’re set to redefine excellence in the managed services market.”

According to Gartner, the worldwide services market is forecast to reach $2.26 trillion in 2028, the enterprise security market will reach $294 billion by 2028 and enterprise IT spending across all industry markets will increase by 9.3% in 2025.

Reporting directly to Reeder, the newly formed executive leadership team brings together a wealth of industry knowledge, operational expertise, and a shared commitment to customer success:

Enhanced Offerings Through the ATSG–Evolve IP Merger

In October 2024, ATSG joined forces with Evolve IP, a cloud services provider known for unified communications, desktop-as-a-service (DaaS), and secure workforce solutions. The merger unites two complementary organisations into one robust, global platform:

•      Comprehensive Managed Services – Clients gain access to an expanded suite of IT services spanning networks, operations, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

•      Expanded Geographic Reach – With established operations across North America and EMEA, ATSG provides customers with a 24/7 global team of experts.

•      Emphasis on Security – Cybersecurity solutions are integrated across the technology stack, ensuring end-to-end protection and compliance.

•      Flexible Cloud Options – Businesses can migrate select workloads or fully transition to ATSG’s cloud-based solutions, enabling cost efficiencies and scalable performance.

•      Unified Culture of Innovation – By merging talent and technology, the combined entity fosters a forward-looking culture dedicated to continuous improvement and customer-centric innovation.

“When you combine ATSG’s track record in managed services with Evolve IP’s expertise in cloud-based communications, you create a powerful engine for growth,” remarked Walt Walker, Chief Revenue Officer. “This merger broadens opportunities for our clients and partners, positioning them to thrive in an evolving digital landscape.”

Poised for Continued Success

With combined revenues surpassing $230 million, a global customer base of over 1,700 organisations, and a team of skilled professionals, the newly expanded ATSG is positioned to lead the next wave of innovation in managed IT and security services. Paul Harrison, Managing Director, Evolve IP, EMEA, says customers across Europe and beyond can expect even greater levels of service.

Harrison highlighted: “The new executive team marks a significant step forward as we continue to bring our two companies together, enhance our service offerings, boost operational excellence, and continue to deliver unmatched value to our partners.”
