Martin Bouchard has assumed the position of Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vantage Towers AG (Vantage Towers).
Vantage Towers is a tower company in Europe with an estimated 88,000+ sites in ten countries, connecting people, businesses and devices in cities and rural areas. The company was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Düsseldorf.
He succeeds Nicolas Mahler, who had led the company on an interim basis from 1 September 2025 to 30 April 2026 alongside his role as Chief Financial Officer of Vantage Towers.

Martin Bouchard brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining Vantage Towers, he served as CEO of ATC Germany Holdings GmbH. Before that,
he held senior management positions at DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH and Deutsche
Telekom.
