TD SYNNEX UK growing in offering its Partners Samsung Knox

Partners can add value delivering enterprise-grade protection and management for Samsung Galaxy devices to their business customers

TD SYNNEX UK has been appointed as a distributor for Samsung Knox, a mobile management solution, giving partners in the UK the opportunity to offer even more value to customers with Samsung mobile solutions.

Samsung Knox enables organisations to configure, customise, deploy, protect, and manage mobile devices, improving performance, productivity, security, and efficiency. TD SYNNEX was appointed as a distributor for Samsung mobile devices for business to business (B2B) markets in July 2024. It has since grown sales significantly and is now one of the leading channel providers of Samsung products in the UK.

Partners have benefited from the support of its specialist mobile team, with online tools and extensive value-added services. Now that Knox is available, Samsung partners will be able to draw on all these resources and the expertise of TD SYNNEX’s dedicated security practice to deliver a comprehensive service to their business customers.

Knox is an important addition to the TD SYNNEX portfolio that will bring new opportunities, said James Reed, managing director, endpoint solutions, UK and Ireland, TD SYNNEX.

“With Knox, partners can extend the value they offer on Samsung mobile devices with automated device deployment and management along with enterprise-grade protection. It’s an excellent suite of solutions with a tremendous reputation and an outstanding opportunity, both for us and our partners. It also builds on our successful and growing relationship with Samsung and means TD SYNNEX can now provide partners with all the solutions and services they need to grow their Samsung business sales.”

Designed to manage and secure mobile devices, the Knox Suite is available in three flexible plans — Base, Essentials, and Enterprise — that cater to the diverse needs of businesses of all sizes. It delivers robust protection, simplifies IT workflows and provides actionable insights that drive efficiency and productivity.

Since being introduced in 2013, Knox has secured over two billion Samsung devices, is used to manage over 150 million devices, and has helped over 35,000 businesses achieve their goals.
