GCX Managed Services has appointed Luca Simonelli as Senior Vice President, Channel & Global Alliances.
With more than two decades of experience scaling businesses, Luca will spearhead the expansion of GCX’s global partner ecosystem. In this role, he will focus on deepening relationships with key technology vendors and engaging telecom operators and service providers that rely on GCX as a trusted partner for global connectivity and managed services. In addition to his global alliance responsibilities, Luca will also lead GCX’s operations in Italy, overseeing commercial activities and local teams.
Throughout his career, Luca has demonstrated success in developing channel strategies and scaling global operations. He joins GCX from Cato Networks, where he served as vice president for EMEA. Prior to this, he held leadership positions at OpenDNS (now part of Cisco), Lastline, Fortinet and Attachmate.
