Redsquid has announced its acquisition of Itek Systems Management, based in Fife, Scotland. This marks Redsquid’s third acquisition in the last month and its sixth in the past 12 months, further solidifying its position as a leading IT solutions provider.
Based in Borehamwood, with an eye on Scotland
Following Redsquid’s first acquisition in Aberdeen last year, Redsquid are determined to invest and grow in the area. Itek expands Redsquid’s footprint in Scotland, allowing for greater market penetration and accessibility to local businesses.
With a new office presence, and the addition of Itek’s experienced team and their managed services provision, it enhances Redsquid’s service offerings and facilitates a quicker response to customer needs, ensuring that Redsquid can deliver top-tier solutions with agility and precision.
