CityFibre is the UK's largest independent full-fibre infrastructure company, operating as a pure wholesale provider. Does not sell direct to consumers. Provides FTTP network access to 30+ retail ISPs. Secured a £2.3 billion funding package in July 2025 and reported 4.6 million premises passed at Q3 2025 with ~730,000 wholesale customers. Open-access model — any ISP can buy access on equal terms.

CityFibre is wholesale-only. MSPs and ISPs access the network by signing a wholesale agreement and reselling under their own brand. Currently 30+ ISPs on the CityFibre platform. For MSPs, the best route is to partner with a CityFibre reseller ISP such as Zen Internet.
