Redsquid has acquired ARK ICT, a technology provider based in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Established in 2001, ARK ICT has built long-standing relationships with hundreds of schools and businesses across the East Midlands. The company provides managed IT support, hardware and software, installations, training and consultancy, supported by a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and practical technology solutions.
The acquisition marks another milestone in Redsquid’s strategy to build the UK’s most trusted technology partner through people-first acquisitions that expand capability, strengthen regional presence and create greater value for customers.
About 80% of ARK ICT’s customers operate within the education sector, giving Redsquid a significantly stronger presence in the market alongside an established regional SMB customer base. The combination will bring customers broader technology expertise, deeper specialist resources and access to an expanded range of services.
ARK ICT customers will continue to be supported by the same trusted local team while gaining access to Redsquid’s wider capabilities, including AI enablement and transformation, cybersecurity backed by a 24/7 Security Operations Centre, cloud services, connectivity and workplace technology.
