NielsenIQ (NIQ) appointed Anastasia Bournelli as Vice President, Global Mobile Network Operators, and she has been in the position since 1 August 2025. In this role, she will lead NIQ’s global Mobile Networks team and report directly to Julian Baldwin, President Global Tech & Durables at NIQ.
NIQ has a made a commitment to accelerating its global Tech & Durables strategy, with a strong focus on expanding its coverage in key telecom markets. Anastasia Bournelli will be responsible for developing and executing growth initiatives across the Mobile Networks channel.

Bournelli brings extensive experience in telecom strategy, transformation, and digital innovation. Most recently, she served as Global Telecom Sector Practice Lead at Bain & Company where she led international projects in corporate strategy and telecom innovation. Prior roles include Corporate Strategy Manager and Digital Change & Transformation Manager at Proximus.
NIQ partners with more than 115 mobile network operators (MNOs and MVNOs) across over 35 countries supporting them with robust market intelligence to guide strategic decision-making. This includes market measurement, brand health tracking, and consumer and market landscape studies.
