AVI-SPL UK & Ireland have appointed Justin Paveley as their new Regional Operations Director for Europe.
Justin brings strong leadership experience across operations and delivery in complex, multi‑country environments. With over 25 years of industry experience gained most recently at Kinly, his expertise will be instrumental to AVI-SPL UK&I as it continues to grow and scale European operations.
In this new role, Justin will work closely with Michael Kellaway as part of the European leadership team, alongside regional delivery teams, to strengthen performance, support growth, and deliver for its customers and client base. He will have the added benefit of Hannah Sharma, who has joined the AVI-SPL UK&I team as Sales Director. Hannah brings extensive leadership experience across channel, distribution, and systems integration, and will be an asset to Justin.
