HP Experience AI: Agentic AI Web Platform in Beta

HP Experience AI is in beta with a limited group of U.S. customers, whose feedback will help HP refine the platform, with plans to expand globally at the end of the year.

HP Experience AI is a new agentic AI platform being piloted on HP.com that lets customers speak or type what they are looking for and dynamically adapts the web experience to help them research, compare and select the best HP technology for their needs.

Traditional websites rely on fixed navigation, search and pre-built pages. HP Experience AI takes a different approach: conversation becomes an input to the broader website. Rather than simply returning search results or a separate chat response, the experience can change what appears on screen as customers describe and refine what they are looking for.

“AI should change how a company works, not just what it sells,” said Bruce Broussard, Interim CEO, HP Inc. “HP Experience AI is one example of how we’re putting that belief into practice, rethinking how customers engage with HP and using AI to create better experiences and greater value over time.”

Use Cases

HP cites the example of a customer “telling” HP Experience AI they need a laptop for frequent travel. The platform can allegedly bring together relevant products and comparisons, ask follow-up questions when useful, explain the differences, and change what appears on screen as the conversation continues.

For a business buyer, the needs can be more complex. Someone equipping a hybrid team could describe requirements such as security, manageability, battery life and video conferencing, and HP Experience AI may help bring forward relevant options and comparisons around those priorities.

The beta phase of HP Experience AI gives HP an opportunity to learn how customers use an adaptive digital experience to discover and compare technology, and where the experience can be improved before broader rollout.

Customers can visit HP.com and select ‘Experience AI’ at the bottom of the homepage to join the waitlist for early access.
