Netomnia grew significantly through the 2024 merger of Netomnia, YouFibre and brsk into the Substantial Group. Has ~3m premises passed with YouFibre as its retail brand. In February 2026, nexfibre (a VMO2 JV) announced acquisition at £2bn enterprise value, subject to CMA clearance expected Q3 2026.

YouFibre offers residential and business broadband. MSPs and resellers can access Netomnia's wholesale network through YouFibre Business or the Netomnia wholesale team. The pending nexfibre acquisition may change channel access terms.
