BT Broadband is the retail consumer brand of BT Group plc, which also owns and operates Openreach — the UK's dominant wholesale fixed-line network. BT offers wholesale access to Openreach for hundreds of ISPs. Channel partners can resell BT Business packages. BT operates a dedicated partner programme with deal registration, margin support and technical training. Openreach wholesale products are available to all ISPs on an open, Ofcom-regulated basis.
