with an official opening in mid-May. The move is yet another step in TalkTalk Business’s evolution as a fully independent managed network services provider.

Modern and Purposefully Built

The new office has been purposefully designed to support collaboration, innovation and customer engagement, reflecting the company’s continued expansion into managed services. Its modern, flexible layout includes increased meeting room capacity, enabling greater cross-team collaboration and supporting TalkTalk Business’s agile operating model.

Dedicated Customer Demonstration Space

A key feature of the new office will be a dedicated customer demonstration space, showcasing a suite of advanced networking technologies, including Cisco Meraki solutions. This will allow customers to experience TalkTalk Business’s capabilities first-hand and explore how its managed services can support their digital transformation journeys.

The office also offers enhanced facilities for employees, and the business will host a series of activities during its opening week, including team events, office tours and informal engagement sessions designed to bring colleagues together in the new space.

Supported by ongoing investment in its operations, including the recent acquisition of Planet IT, TalkTalk Business is strengthening its position as a leading managed network services provider, focused on delivering secure, end-to-end technology solutions for customers across the UK.

Ruth Kennedy, CEO at TalkTalk Business, has said:

“This move is an important milestone for TalkTalk Business and a clear indication of how far we’ve come in our transformation. As a fully independent business, we now have the focus and flexibility to invest in the areas that matter most to our customers and our people. Our new headquarters has been designed to support collaboration, showcase our technology and create an environment where our teams can thrive. It’s a space that represents our future as a managed network services provider and underlines our ambition to deliver more for our customers.”
