Fifteen members of the Nimans team braved freezing overnight conditions on Friday as part of a powerful initiative to raise awareness and funds for homelessness.
The team took part in a “camp out” in support of The Great Tommy Sleep Out, experiencing firsthand a small glimpse of the harsh realities faced by thousands of people every day without a safe place to call home.
The effort proved a success, with the group raising more than £1,600 for the charity. The Great Tommy Sleep Out provides critical support to homeless veterans, including access to safe accommodation, essential funding, and mental health services.
The event not only generated vital funds but also reinforced the importance of collective action in addressing homelessness and supporting those who have served their country.
