Lightware Launches its New Website

Lightware renewed its brand identity in 2024 and has now unveiled its improved website, redesigned to offer a user-friendly and intuitive experience for its global customers. The new site features streamlined navigation, enhanced search functionality and several upgraded tools to improve accessibility and support for Lightware’s products and solutions.

Reflecting Lightware’s commitment to innovation and efficiency, the new website is hosted on a AWS cloud server, ensuring extreme speed and accessibility from anywhere in the world. Previously hosted on a physical server, the website faced challenges, such as slower speeds in some regions, which are now a thing of the past. Additionally, the site’s search functionality is powered by an AI engine, learning from user searches and becoming more intuitive over time. This continuous learning process will ensure the site becomes increasingly relevant and efficient as it evolves.

The redesigned contact page now features an interactive map, helping users locate Lightware’s nearest offices, experience and training centers quickly. Additionally, users can explore Lightware’s new dark mode option, designed to provide a more comfortable viewing experience in low-light environments while improving overall readability.

Integration with Lightware’s cloud-based product database enables faster product uploads, while easy-to-use forms and accessible resources enhance the overall user experience. Moreover, the website seamlessly connects to the Lightware Academy, offering direct access to training materials, further promoting efficiency and usability.

Lightware is actively working to make all content accessible on the site in the coming months. In the meantime, users can still access archived content at archive.lightware.com until June. Lightware appreciates user patience during this transition and is committed to providing the best possible online experience.

“We are excited to introduce this enhanced website, designed to offer our users a more efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly experience,” said Gergely Vida – CEO of Lightware. “This is just the beginning, and we welcome feedback from our users as we continuously improve the platform to better support the AV community.”
