Cloud collaboration provider Evolve IP is primed and planning to reach new heights of success after an impressive year of global growth in 2024. Sales growth in its retail sector surged by 24%; education grew by 21% whilst hospitality was up 13% and financial/legal accelerated by 8% last year. Added to this, Evolve IP received its best-ever annual partner survey results in 2024, earning an overall customer satisfaction score of 8.83 out of 10 from its UK base, and there are plans afoot for further team expansion in 2025.
UK Sales Director, Jamie Hughes, feels that 2025 will be even bigger and better, as the company (now merged with ATSG), continues to raise the bar in customer satisfaction and product innovation. He says the latest product developments and high customer survey results bear testimony to the company’s continued pursuit of service excellence, based on the skills of a high calibre workforce and a mantra of keeping its promises.
